Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

If you cancel your Listings & Reviews (Google Business Profile Managed Service) subscription within 30 days of signing up you will get a full refund.

If you’re a Google Business Pro subscriber and none of your keywords rank in the top 3 positions on Google Maps after your first 6 months we’ll refund 30% of your payments if you cancel before your 7th month begins.

NO FINE PRINT.

As we offer online services, we cannot offer refunds for any Paid Subscriptions or any paid services.  Please be aware that all purchases are final. However, We want you to be satisfied with our services and thus we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please contact us at support@aidaseo.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your order report. Once we have received your communication, we will communicate with you to understand your concerns and will assist in rectifying any dissatisfaction caused by our services. Please note, with our PPC Management service: while our satisfaction guarantee applies to the management fee, we are unable to offer refunds for any ad spend paid to Google. Once ad spend payments are made to Google, they are final.
